WHAT IS EFT?
Energy meridian tapping is a popular and easily learned technique that effectively eliminates negative emotional states and often physical illnesses and pain. The most popular and easily learned energy meridian tapping technique is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). This simple procedure is commonly referred to as acupuncture without needles—a form or “psychological” acupressure that effectively eliminates negative emotional states and often physical illnesses and pain.
Energy meridian tapping techniques are based on discoveries made thousands of years ago in the East about how energy flows through the human body along “meridians” or specific pathways.
The core principle of energy meridian tapping is that all negative emotion is caused by a disruption in the energy system. When a person taps gently on 14 or more end points of energy meridians on the body, the disruption is cleared and energy flows freely again, thus balancing the body's energy system and eliminating the negative emotion and often physical illnesses and pain.

What is Matrix Reimprinting?
Matrix Reimprinting is a collection of new cutting-edge energy healing techniques created by EFT Master Karl Dawson and further developed with Sasha Allenby. It combines the revolutionary healing process known as Emotional Freedom Techniques with understandings from epigenetic and quantum science, to create rapid personal change. It is noted for its ability to quickly transform your relationship to your past, creating shifts in your emotional and physical well-being in the present.
Matrix Reimprinting is based on the understanding that when we experience an emotionally overwhelming event or trauma, part of us splits off and goes into our personal energy field and into the holographic matrix--the energetic field that underlies all of existence. These dissociated parts become Energy Consciousness Holograms, or ECHOs.
The energy from un-healed ECHOs can be the ongoing cause of addictions, codependence, compulsive behavior, chronic illnesses, depression, phobias, allergies, self-defeating negative core beliefs, anxiety, chronic stress, paralysing fears, recurring rage, hyper-vigilance, nightmares, lack of confidence and self-worth and the illusion of separation from oneself, others, the universe and a divine source.
The MATRIX is another name for what quantum physicists call the Quantum Field, which others have called the Field, the Zero Point Field, the Mind of God, Nature’s Mind, the Divine Matrix, etc. It is the universal energy field that connects all of creation.
Matrix Reimprinting focuses on important life-altering and traumatic events which create ECHOs in the Matrix.
Emotionally and energetically, ECHOs are just as real as our physical bodies, just without molecular mass. We work with ECHOs by stepping into the picture at the time of the traumatic memory.
Matrix Reimprinting involves dialoguing with ECHOs as they appear back at the time of the trauma. When we resource the ECHO, move safely through the memory and release the energy locked in the memory, the subconscious can let go of the trauma and feel safe.
We imagine tapping on and dialoguing with the ECHO, remembering to take into account the ECHO’s age and frame of mind. By this tapping process we release all the energy of the original trauma from the ECHO. We then thank the ECHO for holding the trauma for us all this time...protecting us from undue anguish. We free the ECHO of any negative beliefs created as a result of this experience. Benefiting from the creativity of the ECHO, together we create a new picture to replace the memory of the original traumatic event, absorb that picture in every cell of our brains and body and send it through the heart into the Matrix. The goal of Matrix Reimprinting is to release trauma and change our un-resourceful habitual beliefs and patterns that are held in our personal energy field by ECHOs.
By changing our information in the energy field, and replacing it with more empowering images, beliefs and resources, we will vastly improve every area of our lives.
